Return Policy
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return please email Hello@lucetteandmo.com within 15 days of receiving your order and we will issue a return authorization # (RA#). We require that your item is returned within 30 days of receiving your RA#. Please write this RA# on your original packing slip/receipt and place inside the box to return and also write it on the outside of the box.
